I thought it was awful. It is the same kind of sorry mix of thoughtlessness and ego that characterizes "The Secret". The authors premise is most people really don't have anything to complain about. I won't go into psychologists stand on the issue, easily available. It is not informative, entertaining, comforting or even amusing.
