Megan’s Honey Sriracha Meatballs

Megan Durazo's "sister Melissa sent me this recipe and I make it all the time :)" If you've checked out Megan's other recipes in the community cookbook, you may notice a theme -- she likes it hot and sweet! The recipe is originally from Unicorns in the Kitchen.

Ingredients
Meatballs:
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Honey Sriracha Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons sriracha
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non stick spray.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl and make meatballs about 1 1/2 inch in diameter and place them on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes until fully cooked.
3. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the honey sriracha sauce in small pan and place on medium heat, bring to boil, then lower the heat and and let it simmer for 3 minutes. 
4. Turn the heat off.
5. Once the meatballs are cooked, place them in a big bowl and toss them with honey sriracha sauce.
