Genealogy 101 for Beginners

Join us at the ANNEX for a special program for the beginning genealogy researcher. Want to research your family history, but don't know where to start? You are invited to join us for "Genealogy 101 for Beginners," presented by Marjeanne Blinn, librarian and resident genealogy expert. Treats and refreshments will be served during this morning social from 10am to Noon, Tuesday, April 15 at the ANNEX. Marjeanne will present the basics on how to get started on a search for your ancestors. Topics that will be covered include: home sources, charts and group sheets, vital records, and census access. No prior genealogy experience is necessary. This program is free and open to the public—reservations are not required.
