iPods Now Play OverDrive WMA Files

iPods now play designated OverDrive WMA files. The OverDrive website will display when an iPod can play WMA files with a small icon.

Here are the conditions that need to be met for transferring books to your iPod:

• the files need to be transferred from a PC (Macs can't do it)
• the files need to be transferred from the most current Overdrive Media Console software not iTunes

This is very exciting since it opens up many downloadable titles to our iPod-listening community!
