No, due to licensing agreements and technical issues, this is not possible. However, you may check out the title as many times as you like.

I already checked out my 5-item limit, can I return an audiobook early so I can check out another audiobook?
No, due to licensing agreements, this is not allowed. Once the title has expired, you can check out additional titles. You may login to OverDrive with your library barcode to find out when the files are set to expire.
