Patrons with overdue materials receive notices by telephone or email at 3, 10, and 24 days overdue. At 45 days overdue, a Bill for Replacement of the overdue item(s) is mailed through the U.S. mail. If the bill is not paid or settled within 30 days, it is turned over to Unique National Collection Agency which adds an additional $15.00 processing fee to the amount due.
